We start with a conversation about your customers, what you offer and what the website needs to do. You’ll receive a written scope and start date before making a payment.

- Domain connection, launch guidance and handover
New booking systems, online shops, custom apps and a self-editing content system are scoped separately. Domain registration, paid hosting and subscriptions are separate unless your quote includes them.
Support as your business changes.
Your website includes 12 months of support from launch. I can replace images, update reviews and case studies, refresh your About page or business details, and make small colour or layout adjustments to existing pages. Fixes to the functionality I delivered are included too.
Send over the changes and any new text or images, and we’ll agree a suitable time to get them done. Support keeps your existing website current. New pages, new features, major redesigns and ongoing rounds of revisions to an approved design are quoted separately, with any extra cost agreed before work begins.
Support after the first 12 months can be agreed separately.
