A clearer identity
A white-and-pastel brand and a website with clear routes for classes, couples, events and workplace wellbeing.
Retro Dance / Website live · System refinements ongoing
A refreshed identity and practical digital tools for Katie’s dance business—from how people discover a class to how attendance is recorded.
Enquiries arrived through Facebook and email. Payments and class administration involved manual steps. The customer-facing brand and the systems behind it needed to evolve together.
The brief grew beyond a spreadsheet: build a more coherent experience for Katie and the people using her services.
02 / The work
A white-and-pastel brand and a website with clear routes for classes, couples, events and workplace wellbeing.
A master Google Sheets system covering bookings, members, venues, attendance, events, wedding couples and payments.
Structured registers and monthly reporting bring activity and payment information into a more useful view.
Project overview. Each operational connection is refined and tested as part of the wider build.
03 / Try the interface
A simple arrival experience, designed around large pastel name tiles. Try the sign-in interface below.
Large name tiles, a confirmation step and a visible signed-in state.
The saved implementation writes attendance to Google Sheets, checks duplicate sign-ins and includes an admin sign-out control.
The master system includes payment tracking and monthly views of revenue, attendance and enquiries.
The public website is live and operational refinements are ongoing. The work brings together the customer-facing website, a master administration system and a touchscreen sign-in experience.
The next stage is to finish and test the remaining booking, payment and administration connections with Katie. Results will be measured as the complete workflow is used.
