A clear scope from the start.
We’ll look at where you spend time, what your customers need and which parts would benefit from being connected. Your quote names the deliverables, review stages, timing and support arrangements.

A starting project might combine a brand refresh, a brochure website and personalisation of an existing register. Bespoke apps, photography, video and more complex automation can be included where your quote allows for them.
How payment works.
A 50% deposit is due after we agree the scope and start date. You pay the remaining balance after approving the agreed work, before final handover or launch.
For a £799.99 project, the deposit is £400 and the balance is £399.99. Higher-value projects receive payment links matching their individual quote.
Support that fits the project.
We confirm support for each part of your system in your quote. A website included in the project comes with the website package’s 12 months of support from launch. App maintenance, integrations, hosting and ongoing services are agreed separately.
Any additional features or changes to the agreed scope are discussed and priced before that work begins.
