A browser app backed by private Google Sheets records, with forms, enrolments, dated sessions, bookings and a touch-friendly register.

Track individual classes and eight-week blocks, payments, refunds, monthly receipts and outstanding balances.

The overview brings together active enrolments, upcoming sessions, attendance and payment status. Capacity checks help prevent overbooking. A block booking either saves all eight places or leaves the records unchanged if a class is full.
Review participation before enrolment
The private customer version links the existing participation form to an owner review step. Health information, emergency contacts, collection arrangements and individual photo permissions stay in the protected response records.
Record income without double-counting
Block payments are allocated across their class bookings. Receipts and refunds remain traceable, with month-by-month reporting and a transaction export. The app records payments; it does not process bank or card transactions.
Current delivery status
The working app and private records are being tested. Customer payment-history import and final operating details are still to be completed. No time-saving or financial outcome is claimed yet.
The business identity, branding, location, contact details and form links have been removed from this public example. Every child, carer and transaction shown in the demonstration is fictional.
